We go into the underworld, we come back up and then what? We’re here to create ourselves as much as we are here to co-work with the Goddess and the unseen realms of clarity we carry within and are initiated into when waking up to ourselves and the sacred power inside. about annie
somatic practitioner, body temple dance teacher, dancer, writer, psychic reader & soul guide
Annie is the founder of The Beloved Within; she is a passionate devotee on the path of relational transformation, creative expression and living in service to the power of unconditional Love as the ultimate liberator. As a coach, practitioner, healer and guide, she supports those walking their own soul path of healing trauma, decolonizing consciousness and doing the work to remember their inherent worth and the truth of their fully embodied creative power.
While graduating with a BA in Sociology and Creative Writing, Annie’s intuitive pulse and relational journey lead her into the world of trauma healing, somatic education & spiritual practice. Her desire for transformation both within and without was the doorway into her own self discovery and embodied healing. After many years of teacher training, devotional practice & somatic education, Annie now supports others in waking up to themselves outside of the colonial puritanical self-disowning paradigm and layers of childhood trauma, to reclaim the power of unconditional Love that lives within their bodies and the potential for life, relationships and purpose that are liberating for their true selves and hearts most authentic desires.

Bring a water bottle, a journal or something to write with and come AS YOU ARE! No need to prepare other than wearing your most epic colorful outfit or whatever will make your inner chid + wild heart feel the most seen, heard and expressed. Take care of yourself, get GOOD SLEEP the night before, eat nourishing food and start to notice what physical or emotional sensations arise before the event. We will hold space for it all!

COLOR COLOR COLOR!!!! What would your inner child want to wear? Imagine you’re about to get on stage for the Goddess and show up as your absolute most inspired self. Get curious. Wear what will make your inner child feel the most ALIVE, your wild heart feel the most EXPRESSED and your soul feel the most FREE! We enourage color, sparkle, sequin etc; an outfit that will make your soul feel BIG, your aura feel COLORFUL and your inner child feel like they’re having the most fun ever at a slumber party with their best friends, dressing up for the stage of who they’re excited to be. Body Temple Dance is for everyone ~ regardless of physical ability. It’s a somatic + spiritual movement practice including sound, meditation in motion and prayerformance to reconnect you with your souls inherent capacity for pleasure, passion and purpose. Rooted in somatic education and traditional tantra yoga, we weave together nervous system practice and embodied expression to create an experience of true pleasure and wholeness in your body! ~ Body Temple Dance is created by Adriana Rizzolo

Trauma-informed embodiment work is for your full spectrum of aliveness, not for you to be a certain way. We make more space for your nervous systems capacity and honor for your inner childs needs for you to receive support however you are. Don’t be afraid to come if you feel anxious, scared or small, this space is a sacred brave space for more of who you are to be LOVED, we hold space for it all in a trauma-informed container and do not require you do anything; everything is an invitation. This is for your nervous system to feel more safe to be free and choose as who you are. You’ll be held in it all.
