You probably know me as Austin’s local Body Temple Dance teacher, wild woman with great boundaries not afraid to speak her mind, fem somatics practitioner and intimacy + soul coach.

But what you probably don’t know is, patterns of scarcity and codependency used to run my life. Deeply seeded abandonment wounds and feelings of unworthiness ran subconsciously in the background of my relationships to men and money, and made me perpetuate patterns of not receiving what I want and feeling trapped in cycles of resentment and exhaustion.

Until I became a feminine somatics practitioner and BT Dance teacher, my spiritual understandings were all in the mind and weren’t rooted in the deeper support needed to actually heal patterns of trauma and become emotionally available to the life I desired. Now have a wildly passionate and soul fulfilling long term relationship AND business; where I not only receive what I want, but I receive beyond my wildest expectation.

I no longer chase or force things to happen, overgive and abandon myself to please others or run on empty fumes and promises because I’ve actually healed the patterns in my nervous system that kept me perpetuating what I didn’t want instead of receiving what I did.
